Our history & structure
More than 25 years of experience
YES Logistics was founded in 1999 as part of the global Yang Ming Group, one of the world’s leading international shipping and logistics networks. From the beginning, the objective was to combine the strengths of a global corporation with the flexibility of an independently operating logistics provider.
With our expansion into Europe, a network of proprietary locations was established in Hamburg, Wiesbaden, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. This structure provides direct access to key airports and seaports as well as strategically important logistics hubs.
At the same time, we deliberately operate with a entrepreneurial mindset: short decision-making paths, direct points of contact and a deep understanding of our customers’ operational realities.

YES Logistics Europe operates in accordance with recognized quality and security standards.
We are AEO-C certified, operate GDP-compliant processes, hold DE-ÖKO certification and operate as an EU-authorized first-entry organic import facility. Our air freight operations follow IATA-compliant guidelines, and our teams are trained in handling dangerous goods and hazardous materials.
Using modern IT systems such as CargoWise, API/EDI integrations, Power BI and Qlik, we ensure transparent, digital and audit-proof processes across the entire supply chain.
Sustainability & responsibility
Sustainability and responsibility are integral parts of our daily work. As a logistics provider, we play a central role in global supply chains and therefore carry particular responsibility for resources, emissions and conscious decision-making.
We measure and analyze emissions across the entire supply chain, creating the basis for transparent CO₂ data and realistic optimization opportunities.
Through rail and barge combinations, intermodal solutions and close cooperation with shipping lines and airlines investing in modern, low-emission technologies, we reduce environmental impact where it makes operational sense.
With our greenhouse gas inventory and CO₂ calculator, we support our customers in evaluating alternatives and selecting more sustainable transport routes.
